I bought the camille rose naturals curlaide and I absolutely love it, a little goes a long way, defines my curls, doesn't really elongate them which is fine, but the moisture is amazing. I rave about the product, and I haven't really found a moisturizer that does what the curlaide does. I'd love to see your favorite deep conditioners, stylers, gels, everything, anything! I love your hair videos.

It's crazy because everything I use on my protein sensitive hair that has coconut in it is a fail. I now use products that have argan oil or shea butter. My favorite is the TGIN line. The conditioning mask and leave in are amazing. KCNT is always a winner too

The Curl and Style Milk dried my hair out. I use to love the Shea Moisture line but got put off when the changed the ingredients especially on the Jamaican castor oil leave in conditioner which had Keratin and I have no idea why they swapped it for vinegar...really? It damaged my son's hair as I hadn't noticed the change until it was too late coz silly me, I thought they were consistent. I wouldn't recommend at all, they are not the Shea Moisture that was, sadly. Thanks for sharing, I definitely will be trying some of the other products x

The SM Curl & Style Moisture Milk was my go to leave in at the beginning of my journey. I like Love me and Leave In from Luv Naturals for warm weather and Everbutter Chocolate Souffle leave in for cooler weather. I tried Camille Rose recently and I love it so the Curl Love Moisture Milk and the Almond Jai Twisting Butter will be in heavy rotation over the summer. The Mielle Organics White Peony leave in was ok but the scent is too strong for me.
Serious question: are products for "natural hair" mean for hair untreated? Or is it just for corse curly African type hair? I'm Hispanic and my hair has a hard time retaining moisture. I was wondering if products like Shea Moisture would be good for me.

If you sleep in your hair - do your curls remain the same or you have to wash your hair every day? I'm caucasian, have curly and very dry hair but never used a leave-in conditioner.I brush my hair like if it's straight, always collect them and just tired of it.
Your products hve a lot protein in them I'm low porosity to but from my understanding to much products with protein in them not gud u suppose to hve a balance of moisture as well wher ur moisture products do u get protein overload but you hve beautiful hair nice n thick

The only proper silicone and sulfate free shampoos I have at my local stores is shea moisture. Everyone's hair is different. ❤

LOW PROSITY CAN ONLY TAKE 3 TYPE OF PROTEINS: HYDRO, WHEAT, AND SILK. Those products have one or all of those in it so its fine for low porosity.
