I have a 2012 Nissan Sentra S with over 210,000 miles on it. Never had an issue with the original CVT. I changed the fluid every 60,000 miles as required in the owner’s manual. Nissan is capable to be reliable as Toyota and Honda. You haters should learn how to read a manual and drive a car properly and you won’t have any problems long term.

Just leased the SV model with panoramic sunroof. I had a 2010 Rogue and it was ok. I wanted to upgrade to something more luxurious. Was considering changing to a Lincoln Corsair. Test drove one and was so disappointed with it. Headed back to Nissan to check out the 2021 Rogue as I saw a review on here which was very good. I told the salesman what I was looking for and he brought it round. It has the wow factor I was looking for. It was what I was expecting from the Lincoln. I signed the lease there and then. It was $50 a month less than what the Lincoln was going to be plus it has everything I wanted. Very very impressed with this suv. Nissan have done a remarkable job.
I cant tell ya how much i love this video. Great job man. I really want to get a rogue but i always hear people trash talk Nissan and say they’re unreliable. What do you think?
Thank you so much. I wish I could answer your question. I don’t wanna give wrong info but all I can say is that the cvt in newer Nissan’s are much better than the older ones. Like the cvt in the Nissan Altima, Sentra, and the new rogue I feel like they are much better than the older ones
I say consider it. I know plenty of people that work at Nissan who've told me that they've had no problems from the Nissan models 2019 and up and that Nissan has improved the CVT. Gone are the days of the reliability issues that plagued their models from 2010 to 2018. And always change your CVT fluid. Especially every 30k miles and they'll last. I'm on my 3rd Altima. All of my Nissans have achieved mileage above 200k. Especially my last Altima with a CVT. It was totaled at 201,734 miles. Keep up with the maintenance and the Nissan will keep up with your demands.
I have the 2021 Rogue SV and at night the headlights seem to project a dark spot in the distance where the traffic is coming towards you. I noticed it in your video too. Is this a special feature? I can't find anything mentioning this.

How do you feel about the ProPILOT Assist system? I haven't seen much coverage on it. According to Nissan it will center in the lane and match speed with cars in front of you and the street curves.
Do most Nissans have their CVT? And do all the Rogues have it? My dad drove a Nissan Rogue, a little bit of an older one, and I couldn't tell if it had a CVT or not.
Haha thank you. Yes it is :) I look around and see if there no videos and I do it. I have a video that I will be uploading soon. It’s about the interior and exterior lights of the rogue at night and I am thinking to do a day POV test drive video
Why didn’t you try the ProPilot Assist? It’s made by the same company that made version one of Tesla’s autopilot and reviewers keep skipping it. It’s arguably the most important feature. Please try it if you get the Rogue again.
