Thank you so much for watching my videos. I appreciate it so much. I know it's late, but I'm wishing you a speedy recovery and happiness. During the hard days, whether it's pain, nausea, or just gas, think about joyful things to keep your mind off the distractions. Keep moving! Walk, walk, walk. And get your protein. I'm making a video soon with updates. I hope you can check it out.
Hey girlie. I had my surgery March 1rst 2021. The struggle is real with water and clear liquids. I can barely drink at all. It makes me sick. I've lost 42 pounds so far. The full feeling after a small sip is a crazy feeling.
You are looking so good! Features poppin, confidence up. I got the RNY on 04/26/21, and last Friday I was out on soft foods. It’s been a challenge getting enough water in, but I’m so happy with the weight loss. Thanks for the inspiration!
Hi. Congratulations on your progress!!! That must be so exciting. I am going in for the same procedure on Monday. Do you have any tips or words of advice? Thank you.
Congrats on your surgery. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Keep moving and walking to help the lbs. come off quicker. Stay hydrated & active. I appreciate you checking out my video. It's an exciting journey.
Thank you. Don't be afraid. If you selected the right doctors and you're confident about your decision, then your only concern should be how much of your clothes won't fit anymore and you have to go shopping. J/K, I understand being afraid. I was too. But I stayed in prayer and I knew it was for my health. The path was clear. And if you decide you're too afraid. I wouldn't go through it. You have to be strong and do what's best for you and your situation.

Me as well, 2 months post op gastric bypass, still having vomit and accidents with gas and bloating. Can't eat salad, but I can eat a taco😮
It's all so complicated, how your body can refuse some of the very things that you crave.
You are so cute and fun 🤩 ❤
