Well, Strange Cat Lady if we're going by the CYVA naming method (CYber diVA), then it's actually true (CYber songmAN).
But I said Cyman because I saw it a lot ahead on the comment section. People seemed to use a last syllabe method and not the last two letters like you did. And I thought that Cyan is prettier than Cyman.

Luka Hagiwara It's not that Yamaha didn't give cyber diva effort. Their focus in making cyber diva was to figure out how to make a clear American English vocaloid and they did. The focus in cyber song man was to take what they learned in making cyber diva and figure out how to make it sound more natural and realistic. But I would love to see another American female vocaloid that use cyber song mans technology.

I love his voice. Hell I even love his retro box art but that name is going to have grow on me. Though it must have been hard kinda hard coming up with a male name to go with the CYBER DIVA. Since that name is kinda perfect for the voice she has.
I'm really impressed by him after CYBERDIVA, better promotion, VERY refined design, neat, simple but edgy. They chose a good producer who can capture good abilities in his voice, good demo with DECENT tuning. And his voice type is refreshing and nowhere near being generic or common (which CYVA, VY1, VY2 were intended to be). I'm so glad he is very well-promoted, hope he will go far in the VOCALOID franchise.
This is like the male version of Unbreakable and this makes me very happy.
Hands down my favourite Vocaloid demo. Ever. I love YusukeKira's works and it's amazing to hear him work on this! Cyber Songman may already be my favourite male Vocaloid voicebank.

@Mahmoud Saadeh actually, they have a set recording list that has a ton of sounds. english recording lists are not word based. a good example of what they would use for recording is e@ S e@ S I@ S Q@ S O@ S U@ S U@ . you would pronounce it like @ = english a. there are more lines, as english itself has at least 1000 lines to record.
And people say Vocaloid has no emotion to it. ;)

Finally a proper English Vocaloid with Actual American accent other than Japanese. We need more English Vocaloid with atleast British and Australian Accent.
There are plenty of other English Vocaloids, and a good handful of them have British accents. As for Aussies... Sweet Ann's voice provider was Australian but it doesn't really come through in her voicebank.
Leon, Lola, Sonika, Avanna, and Oliver all have British accents- and they're all pretty good Vocaloids too!
