In cities, natural wetlands are hugely destroyed, so it faces many flood issues, so it possible to create new wetlands for those issues, and solve that problems and if how much does it cost per acre?

In urban landscapes, water management is often handled using detention basins or other concepts like permeable pavement. Landowners and community leaders can definitely pursue wetland creation in those environments and neighborhoods, but real estate can get pricey--which can make the cost per acre hard for anyone to afford.
