Newly arrived in Hong Kong, martial arts instructor Ip Man (Donnie Yen) encounters stiff opposition when he begins teaching the Wing Chun fighting style. Yeah Hung Fak On 🔥🔥🔥 was amazing in his lifetime. I was happy to see him get it in one last time in this cult classic.

He was the least skilled one even the first master resisted better (who became a comedic relief in later movies by getting beaten by everyone yet even he did a better fight against ip man than the master you like )

Its amazimg how after this initiation, alot of these masters become good friends with IP Man in the later films
He basically took over as an unofficial leader since he's the strongest. IP Man doesn't want positions and titles tho. Master IP is enough for him

Sammo Hung doesn't get nearly enough credit for his skill snd speed to weight ratio.
The second fighter Master Hung Fak On 🔥🔥🔥 RIP. I loved his villany in all of his movies. It was good to see him one last time in this.
His preying mantis and fights with Jackie Chan were legendary back in the day. It's a shame both him and the other master Lo Meng, another Shaw Brothers legend whose martial arts skills could been a challenge even for Donnie Yen were treated so poorly in the IP Man movies.

That's part of his Wing Chun mastery. Wing Chun masters are known to be relaxed and calm. It helps them focus.
Another way to put is this: The angrier your opponent, the better chance you have at winning. Why and how? Being angry can easily cause you to make mistakes and lapse. Once that happens, it's basically game over.

I don't understand why their fingers are wide spread when attacking. My couch told me when attacking palm strikes and chops put your fingers firmly together or else they will be a higher risk of injury. Is this really win chun or is this only for show?

The two master lost because their kick is predictable and it is high kick and slow so Ip man manage to catch their kick easily and beat them.The third master which is Sammu hung is a veteran kung fu master and he never use high kick instead he use variation of hand kung fu attack to match IP man kung fu.When he kicks he use double kick like Jet li double kick so it is very good attack because if one kick is blocked then other kick can penetrate the defence.

Would Prime master Hung win this fight? with saying this would he have won twister? As we can see in Twisters' fight he lost his breath after grabbing his throat, which might have won the fight.
Master Hung has asthma, right? I think he struggles in an extended boxing match because of that, even if he's potentially more skilled than Twister
