That's just a useless comparison , how is 6.9 screen better than 6.7 ? Who said bigger is better? This should be a personal preference.

Might want to check that ip rating. Galaxy can be fully emerged underwater. Razr is only spray resistant.
Also Samsung isn't dust resistant while the motorola is dust resistant

@@chaconmax it's called "sense of humor" and no, Moto doesn't win for that reason. But i think dust Resistant is good anyway. Both phones are good and i can't say if the one is better than the other. I'm trying to decide which i should buy.
Samsung much better built but Motorola did a great job with apps and screen its close cant go wrong but Samsung feels better in hand and very well built and closes and open better no wiggle

the flip 5 will always be preferred since it's Samsung. but it is the fifth generation of folding (tenth by counting the z fold), they are at the culmination of what they can do. Motorola is only on the third generation of folding smartphones and is already a hit. but it's good since it will perhaps shake up Samsung and make them react to finally make good quality phones. but hey, anyway I prefer OnePlus 🤣

@@Nathan-qo9kg Not in my country, cheapest is 399 euro with cell phone subscription of 48 euro a month without trade in. it's extra 100 tot 200 euro with trade in so at the least 199 with subscription of 48 euro a month. With no subscription buying from samsung the phone is 899 with trade in.

I have the Motorola RAZR 40 ultra had the 2020and 2022 razr ive decided to sell my 40ultra and buy the flip 5,reason is i should have learnt the 2020 razr i got 2years of updates then end of support,with my 2022 razr its still on android 12 no one can tell us when we will get a update,i have a feeling the 40ultra will end up like the 2 prior razr models lackluster updates security patches,my sons flip 3 has had more updates than both my RAZR put together and is getting another os update, currently its on Android 13..ill buy the flip for the 5years of os uodates security patches..Yes the 40 ultra/+ is a great phone i just dont trust moto with os and security updates,ill sell it count my losses and not regret it...just wanted to put this out there for people who are thinking if buying the Motorola RAZR 40 ultra/+...

A minha experiência com o Z Flip 3 foi marivilhosa. Dois pixels na tela com dois meses de uso. Levamos pra altorizada e realizaram a troca da tela, coberta pela garantia. Três meses depois apareceram novamente dois pixels na tela, levamos pra autorizada novamente e tivemos o seguinte diagnóstico: defeito provocado por mau uso, valor da troca da tela R$ 3.000. O celular nunca foi ao chão, não tem um arranhão... falaram que existem duas fissuras por trás da tela... pequenas causas neles!!!! Celular dobrável nunca mais.

I have yet to see the zflip 5 review, but only the fact that on the Motorola you can use all applications on the external display this already wins.

Wonderful outer display but I feel that Motorola should've have increased the specs over and beyond Samsung in every way just to get it's foot in the door as the best flip phone, and be known for that. The processors should be not the ones Samsung used 2 years ago but the latest. Maybe even added a extendable storage just to get reel in more custom. Missed a trick here.

Yeah, that's a big NOPE on the water resistance for the Razr as well as the old chipset. Also reviews say it sounds janky/creaky and Flossy shows that on his videos. I wanted the Razr, but passed on it this year for the Flip 5. If they improve a few things, maybe next year.

Cameras has to be partnered with software. You can't judge camera without considering the efficiency of the software. Also, the performance is such a big thing that winning that clearly given the flip 5 a big advantage.
why? 100MHz is going to make no difference and even if the gap was much larger tell me what mobile game you play that’s going to push that to the limit and actually be noticeable. There isn’t one.

As I understand it, the X in IPX8 means it hasn't been tested for dust resistance, but I concur the 8 means highest level of water resistance.

I have few concenrs I really like samsung front screen but razr punch hole is so good except the top notch. razr has less crease and samsung needs to learn from them. and samsung camera is always good even a low budged mobile but motorola cam aren't that great.. I am really confused*sigh*, I really like razr that they have no crease and that punch hole display is lit. maybe I should wait untill next year to witness samsung with no crease and punch hole full front display and moto full front display? Is moto razr camera better than samsung?.. and I know samsung designed this phone on 2022 Idk about moto. I think samsung will win this race as they have more competitions for flip by next year.. I am a fan of samsung camera and their UI I just want that punch whole display and almost no crease

Bruh, the reasoning for the Razr winning makes no sense. The Razr is infamous for its terrible cameras. Higher numbers don't always result in better performance.
This was just made by somebody so bored out of their mind that they went to the GSM Arena compare tool and hit copy/paste on the spec sheet.
To be fair, the cameras on both are quite bad by modern standards, but then you don't buy a flip phone for the cameras. More points you could argue on, like the USB 3.2 on the Flip beating the USB 2.0 on the Moto, while Samsung has basically limited the functionality of the USB 3.2 port to USB 2.0... I think both are pretty much level pegging and it comes down to personal preference, though I'd trust Samsung more on updates and after sales.
u can't use all apps on the small screen on the flip apparently. so that kinda sucks
@@chrisgateway7846 you will be soon, at least that's what Samsung is promising, though only a limited amount of apps will be optimised for it. They're working on their own app to add other apps to the front screen (you know, like Motorola already did for the Razr before they launched it).
