green curry with fried tofu, extra basil. spice level at a place that is 1 - 5, I go 3 and get a side of chili oil to add as needed.

Chada Thai was really good, but they closed years ago. Thailicious in Henderson is a solid choice.
Pad Krapow - basil chile stir fry, preferably with pork.

Would have liked a little more description on the food. For example what was in the soup. What was the broth? Vegetable? Chicken? What was in the egg rolls?
Hi, Derek and Catherine..., Every two to three years..., I go back to Vietnam, Cambodia, Bangkok, and Thailand and I love the countries, the people, and their delicious food ! ! As soon as I saw "Best Thai Restaurant"..., I had to watch the video and of course, you made me hungry... LOL I can't fault you for that..., because "Anthony Bourdain" said, "Vietnam and Southeast Asia food is the best, especially street food." Excellent video and informative and "Thank you" for sharing the video. My first trip there a long time ago was not so pleasant. * However today..., all of those countries and major cities are up to date with ultra-modern buildings, apartments and homes, and restaurants and low cost of living... In some large cities in Southeast Asia..., are more modern than some of our American cities... As someone who doesn’t drink any type of coffee or the boba teas I never understood how you decide on a specific drink. They all seem to have 32 different components made 94 different ways, lol. Do people just happen upon a specific blend and find that they like it?
I have been going there senc early 2000 they have the best in town Phad thai I order mine tahi 5 spice out of 10 perfect.

I ate there. That place could be a hit or miss. For me it was a miss. I won't go back. It's nothing to brag about.

Derek seemed a little out of character, kind of in a daze....
That resembles the Thai food I learned to eat many years ago. Now in Hawaii all Thai food is infected with under cooked green bell peppers and i will no longer go to a Thai restaurant. The food does not taste the same and the near raw and over-powering bell peppers are simply ridiculous.
Too sweet, too much chili.
Strange, nothing on the table looks Thai or some of the names definitely not Thai kahp.
