James looks great in his safety vest and hard hat …. 😊 Glad I bought the remote and wish the guard over the wheel on my new machine retracted when grinding large/taller stumps ….
Nice video. I'll have to check my local services about grinding and removing three or four big old stumps that my neighbor originally planted on my property that need gone.
Helen Henwood evening Helen No you would use the same machine to remove the roots as well Hope this helps you S peaple estate and garden services stump grinding contractor with 20 years experience
same here! I had to google and research exactly what a stump grinder is! I'm having 2 large camphor trees removed, and I find that I'm learning so much just about the process of removing trees! so, pretty interesting!
no doubt, i never ground a stump but can see a few areas to do differently... grinding next week, 4 cherry tree stumps, remove most chips, back fill with amended soil with biodigester solids worked into top soil with lime, tamp courses a bit, seed , tackified straw
@@galehess6676 The easy part is grinding the stumps. don't be afraid to push the chips around the stump to make sure you get all of it. Use the plow blade on the grinder to get all the extra chips into a pile and then use a pitchfork to load the chips for hauling. You will enjoy it. Just make sure you wear safety glasses and watch out for loose chunks of stump shooting out.
@@mikeofmanymikes2630 sweet. We have Stihl lids with face screen and ear muffs, will use those. And I hear you on the pitch forks.. a friend has a tree co and said I will thank him for that same tip LOL I have a couple and may go buy one more wider one to try. Thanks!
no harm , but not showing the end result is a bit sus ,,, and back filling a hole with wood chippings is hardly a decent job . that aside its a tidy looking machine.

@@jacobkyle3806 what would happen if you were to use this in construction like tearing up asphalt instead of a milling machine
damn
everyone's a critic... The music was great.
Only an ASSHAT would approve; people came to watch a machine demo NOT be distracted by Wanna-Be music geeks
Ah yes the satisfication
Going to be honest, that is not at all how I thought a stump grinder worked

didn't even use the plow to grade the stump after it was ground. I could out grind any of these youtube operators.
post a video then, pussy
You are just so wonderful
