- Yashma Gill shares with the audience her journey of dealing with clinical depression caused by family issues and a fear of abandonment. She shares her story of emotional weaknesses and an imposter syndrome that led to overthinking, self-fulfilling prophecies, and panic attacks.
She shares that through events in her life that led to introspection and self-realization, she came to a resolution that she needs to overcome her fears. Through gradually taking small steps at first, she explains how she eventually overcame depression and fulfilled her passion of being an actor.
Starting her career in 2017, Yashma has proved her mettle by starring in 25 unique roles, a testament to her versatility as an artist. A well-praised and celebrated actress among fans, she has marvelled the industry with her critically acclaimed projects such as “Azmaish” and “Pyar Ke Sadqay.”
Besides her renowned talents as an artist, her dynamism is manifested through her educational pursuits in Psychology, her unequivocal stance on human rights issues, and her profound love for animals and advocacy for their rights.
Yashma’s experiences have shaped her as an individual and fuelled her motives to help people going through depression, negative cycles of self-fulfilling prophecies, and drug dependency. Through events in her life that led to introspection and self-reflection, she has come to a resolution that an optimistic worldview can shape lives for the better. Indeed when a mankind doesn't do their mistake or any other kind of stuff in her/his life so they never ever be change but one thing is get similar in these sort of things when you don't be fail unless you don't be getting success in any hurdles phases of your life despite of any hardship because a manager doesn't gonna be success in his plans unless he doesn't think out in a ponder way or work collectively and when your seems to be work collectively so they go though everything very easily so core or good phases or collapse their plans is a part of life so rework at that and work together and don't dismotivate to others despite of your employees because you will not be motivate to employees in terms core or any hard approach. so keeping indulge or work together.
