@@onlinesquadeducation talk to the founders/principal of the school about the history of the school and where are the teachers trained from. Look at the classroom- is it mixed age, do they have Montessori materials and are the children choosing work individually.
Montessori teachers require patience, knowledge of the use of the materials, knowledge of Montessori theory (child psychology, sensitive periods, absorbent mind, four planes of development etc.), and rigorous practice and preparation. They should be willing to learn and accept children as they are - like any other teacher
