    Truly excellent--thank you! This was such a creative version of oft-seen shoulder sequences. I really enjoyed the flow and pacing: You turned typical shoulder openers into a complete vinyasa. Intelligent and fun--who could ask for more?:-)

    That was simply amazing, David! I have a lot of pain in my left latissimus dorsi and have been doing everything to release the tension. This short workout worked wonders. Thank you so very much!

    Excellent stretches, especially tight In my right shoulder so doing these really seems to be helping. It's amazing how out of equilibrium the muscles can get. Thank you for sharing.

      I play guitar... and use a computer mouse... and drive a manual car... and live life!! So yes, balancing is super important! Happy this helped.

      Sorry to hear this... find a local teacher and talk to them about the pain. There are ways to avoid it!!
