Excellent stretches, especially tight In my right shoulder so doing these really seems to be helping. It's amazing how out of equilibrium the muscles can get. Thank you for sharing.

I play guitar... and use a computer mouse... and drive a manual car... and live life!! So yes, balancing is super important! Happy this helped.

I've been doing yoga for about 2 years now, and I've never felt such intense pain during a practice before; I guess this video is not for me!
Sorry to hear this... find a local teacher and talk to them about the pain. There are ways to avoid it!!
