Sure! It's a new thing, I just started using premiere to edit so I could have higher quality vids and add more dynamic backgrounds and such. It's pretty simple, I'll just find effects on youtube and overlay them onto the project with some adjustment to make it look as best as it can. If you wanna do it yourself and don't know how just look up a quick youtube tutorial, that's what I tend to do.
