The where is Spider-Man poster, remember in TASM 2, he stopped being Spider-Man for 5 months, radio and news broadcasts everywhere, (Where is Spider-Man) that for me is clear reference Morbius is In the TASM.

I still think the "murderer" graffiti in the Morbius trailer is because the Daily Bugle of the Andrewverse blamed Spider-Man for Gwen Stacy's death because no one else but Harry was there to see her die. Hell they could even blame Spider-Man for Stacy's dad's death in the first Amazing Spider-Man. Both died without witnesses with Spider-Man.

When Peter changed the fate of the villains, he changed the fate of a whole universe, maybe you're right and Morbius happens in Andrew's universe!
Well, don’t forget that the changes of the villains fates occurred in branched realities of those timelines and weren’t canonically changed within those universes.

@@jamesbuchananbarnesss well….. we know exactly how it works, it was explained in endgame and Loki. In endgame Stark mentions the “deutch proposition” which is the theory of travelling to the past causes a branch in the timeline rather than having concurrent effects on the already existing future. And from Loki we know that Sylvie caused splits in the main MCU timeline or the “sacred timeline”. Which is the explanation for Tobey and Andrews timelines to exist. From these two things we already know exactly how the multiverse functions in the MCU and specifically how it functions NOW after sylvie’s actions. Timelines that split at some point in the past due to Sylvie’s actions that broke the multiverse. And not only is that the pure explanation, but we already know for a fact considering when the villains traveled back to their universes, it causes a branch in those timelines due to the fact that it is situationally very different for those villains when they go back to their respective universes. The New rockstars made a video dedicated to showing all of the timeline branches when the villains travelled back to their timelines. I highly recommend you watch it.
@@darkknightdoctrine As I said, that's a possibility, but the multiverse hasn't been entirely explained and we won't know what exactly happened until Multiverse of Madness comes out, i mean even Doctor Strange says "Multiverse is a concept about which we know frighteningly little", and even if what you're saying is true, wich is very possible, there's still a possibility that Andrew Garfield is in one of those universes, so it's basically the same.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Hasn't anyone thought that maybe Venom and the other villains are actually in the TASM world. It makes sense that they haven't met yet as Spiderman is in New York and Venom is in San Francisco. Also the Oscorp building shown in Morbius has the same logo as TASM universe and I know that the building is different but there can be more than 1 Oscorp building.

I really hope Andrew gets this, he has been the biggest champion for Spiderman of anyone and is my personal fav and think that where he would be now as a character would be the most interesting live action portrayal we've seen... Plus he's at a perfect age and mindset that if they want to introduce Miles he could be a good mentor and could in turn have a reason to do better
So basically Andrew could make a special appearance in Morbius or in the next Venom movie, and maybe it will lead to a new ASM movie that focuses only on Andrew’s story and events. I love it! All these theories and details are interesting and are making me hopeful ngl 🤣 The cinematography is actually a good point
Another note on the Spider-Man painting, it’s possible that Andrew made a new suit inspired by Tobey’s. We saw Tom’s suit taking some inspiration from Peter 2 and Peter 3. Would be cool to see! Great video as always!
That could be the case...a neat idea...but i think sony thought to get the most reaction with tobey and played it safe. And since tobey took alot of time to commit reprising the role and wanted a significant but short part and probably not wanting to continue playing it, they thought you know what. What we have in store for you isnt the right thing so lets built on with garfield who's still up for the challenge

I also had the same thought that venom and morbius both had the same coloring and feel as amazing Spider-Man.

Tom Hardy does act as if the Avengers don’t exist in his universe during the mid-credit scene, meaning he could come from the same universe as Tobey or Andrew. However, Tobey already has a Venom, so he would come from Andrew’s if he came from one.
I think another clue is that in the first venom movie, eddie made fun of the idea that venom is an alien which means (before venom) alien doesn't existing in the venomverse. And in spider man no way home andrew's spider man said that he wants to fight an alien which mean aliens doesn't exist in TASM universe aswell.
So far it's going to the setup of the Sinister Six. The Oscorp tower is based of from The Amazing Spiderman 2 and The Vulture Adrian Toombs from Homecoming crossing to Amazing Spiderman universe would be quite interesting. The universes have collided with each other. Kevin Feige I believe said with Spiderman jumping different universes and from the looks of it Morbius is going to be the one to start this off.
I mean it could be that Adrian Toomes in the Morbius film isn’t the same Adrian from the MCU, but just a variant of him in Sony’s Spider-Man Universe. Just like the MCU’s J. Jonah Jameson, he’s played by J.K. Simmons but he’s not the same version as Sam Raimi’s J. Jonah Jameson, they’re variants.
I would have to rewatch Andrew Garfield Spider-Man 🕷️ movies but these sound legit and makes a lot more sense for Venom and Morbius to be a part of TASM franchise than Tom Holland universe. Like you said the tone in Morbius and Venom (despite the goofy comedy) is a perfect match.
Also Osborne could easily have more than one building 🏢.
The Vulture thing is throwing me off a little but variants is a possibility.
So yeah this could definitely work.
Also let's appreciate the fact that Michael Keaton is involved in multiverse storylines (The Flash and MCU/Sony) in Marvel and DC
It just makes sense due to the Ultimate Marvel influence too. Both TASM and Venom are hugely inspired by the Ultimate Comics, and both also have lots of 90s influence (Peter's Parents plot in TASM, Lethal Protector in Venom).
Yeah, that makes sense. It seems like they are on the same battleground. The deep blue color sets an ominous tone over the whole thing which makes it feel almost like the 80s when Tim Burton took over Batman and made it dark. Then all the franchises never looked back. :)
If and if Andrew Garfield's Spiderman will fight the Sinister Six and Venom, I wish that Andrew's Spiderman will develop several suits (i.e. Spider Armor Mk III for the Sinister Six, Spiderman Unlimited Suit minus the cape for Venom)...
You guys forgot that since there was only 2 Spider-Men transported into Toms universe they only brought their own villains. That implies that Venom is part of one of these Spideys universes, Tibet already had a Eddie/Venom so it leaves you with Andrew being the only person that could be associated to Tom Hardy’s Venom
the whole vulture in the venomverse could be that making villains forget that peter parker is spiderman sent the ones that knew in the mcu to the venomverse with the spell being messy, if they brought people there by accident there could be some accidental mess ups in strange's spell
Morbius uses the line, “I am Venom” before revealing his real name as a joke and nod to Venom. I honestly thought it was a gimmick they put in the trailer but he wouldn’t actually say it in the movie. But, now I am thinking he will say it further proving if anything Morbius and Venom are in the same universe. The last thing is that when interviewing Jared Leto and talking about the Mobius movie and where it goes he intentionally says that his movie, “Opens a “Webb” of possibilities”. I’m confident if they put Andrew Garfields Spider-Man in this shard universe this could be Sony’s own Cinematic Universe taking many notes from the MCU and doing something fun and different. I’m on board, too bad Morbius got delayed but looking forward to seeing this come April.
Another thing that's said in the trailer is something like " we haven't seen anything like this since the weird stuff in San Francisco" referring of course to Venom and Carnage

That’d be amazing and confusing at the same time.
One thing I think could also be a clue with Venom is Eddie being there at all. When it comes to the other villains, Norman/Otto/Flint come with Tobey Spider-Man whilst Conners/Max come with Andrew Spider-Man. Yet, Eddie and Venom are the only one's to appear from their own universe without their own Spider-Man......unless he actually did (wink wink nudge nudge).

Here is the biggest one for me: Sony renamed their cinematic universe from the "Sony Pictures Universe of Marvel Characters" (SPUMC) to simply "Sony's Spider-man Universe". The keyword here is Spiderman. No Way Home showed Tom Holland's still in the MCU. So unless Tobey is making a secret return or a new actor is in the contract, it's most obviously Andrew.
I really love the fact that some variants are the same exact person and some have different bodies and personalities. If something caused your parents to have sex a few minutes earlier or later, or in a different position, or any other changes to the situation leading to your conception, any other sperm cell could have fertilized the egg and the dna you come out with would be ever so slightly different.
It's actually probably more likely that multiverse versions of you look nothing like you than look like your twin

I think since the Spider-Man villains from previous movies came into the MCU from Dr.Strange's spell, I think Vulture since he knew Peter was Spider-Man, he came into the Sony Universe and he might be the one from the MCU or possibly just a variant like Greg and John said

FYI, there is a vulture or at least a vulture suit in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 end scene that looks much more comic accurate then the MCU one and might have the original powers of the suit to suck in life force. And with multiverse being a thing I can see Adrian Tooms from MCU getting his hands over it.

One thing still comes in my mind everytime. Maybe Harry from TASM 2 is still alive and building Sinister Six and time haven't passed too much in TASMVERSE and also venom and Morbius should be the member of that Sinister Six as we know every villain who got killed by spiderman and knows spiderman identity gets pulled in MCU and Harry from TASM isn't get pulled in MCU.

Yeah, Eddie never indicates that he's never heard of Spider-Man, but text and subtext are completely different things and both are present in the post credits scenes. It's pretty clear, if you understand context, that Eddie has no idea what a Spider-Man is.
That can easily be chalked up to the coast shift they did. Eddie's been on the west coast and probably hasn't heard of him because he hasn't been on the east coast

The first trailer was in Tobey Maguire's universe, and the second trailer was somehow in Andrew Garfield's universe and also the MCU? Lol. At this point Sony doesn't even know where Morbius is taking place. 🤣
My theory for Vulture is he was placed in Sony's verse and was In jail.
But in the Sony-verse, so when the guards see him, and he isn't in the data base, they are releasing him (scene in the trailer)
So when the spell brings everybody back, he's out of jail in the Mcu and it kicks off the start of a true sinister six with his newfound freedom (since he isn't in the same spot)
Maybe the same happens with Gargan
I mean it’s likely that Adrian Toomes from Morbius isn’t the same as the MCU’s Adrian, but a variant that’s solely set in Sony’s Spider-Man Universe. Just like with the MCU’s J. Jonah Jameson, who (despite being played J.K. Simmons), isn’t the same version as Sam Raimi’s J. Jonah Jameson. They’re variants of each other.

I mean the graffiti art could also just be a mistake made by an in-universe civilian who thought they were making an accurate image of Andrew’s Spider-Man. So it could still be Andrew’s Spider-Man, but just an inaccurate image of his suit.

Here is another great clue you missed: the presence of Gwen Stacey.
In the Tobey Mcguire movies: Gwen and Eddie were an item.
In the Andrew Garfield movies: Gwen died.
Tom Hardy Venom movies: Eddie Brock isn't with Gwen. His love interest is instead a character that is NOT GWEN. She is NOT GWEN in every obvious way. Sony owns the rights to Gwen Stacey so she could've been in Venom very easily. It's possible that Tom Hardy's Gwen was supposed to be the one from the Andrew Garfield movies, but as we know, she is dead.

My question is what about the symbiote that was supposed to appear in TASM 2 at the end. It's a deleted scene but originally it was supposed to be there at the end when it showed rhinos armor and vulture wings. So how could it be in the venom verse if it is the same universe you think they could work around that?

Three people were excluded from the spell and that is how the villians were brought in
The three people from Raimi Verse were Green Goblin, Doc Ock & Sandman.

I think it's more to do with the Deleted Trailer where they showed the Venom Symbiote in TASM 2
I know I’m really late. So when I saw Spider-Man: No Way Home, Andrew Garfield as Peter 3, I remember what he said, “I wanna fight an alien.” Later in the post-credits scene, Eddie and Venom was at a bartender, talking about they’ll go to New York speak to Spider-Man. It didn’t happen because they got teleported back into their own universe and left a little piece of symbiote. Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man deserves to fight an alien, Tom Hardy’s Venom. He also needs to have a sequel, The Amazing Spider-Man 3.

I wanna point something out about the MCU. The MCU has a Roxxon corporation, A.I.M., Hammer Industries,, 10 Rings, The Hand, T.R.A.C.K., and Hydra, as evil crime organizations or corporations. They don’t have Oscorp,, Alchemax, Trask, Hellfire Club, Weapon X program, Brotherhood of Evil, or the Illuminati yet.
Oscorp looks different because in TASM 2 there was a deleted scene where Goblin went on a rampage through the building killing people and destroying the building

Clue 7: I don't see why if they swapped the poster in post to hide Andrew's Spider-Man, why they'd not just have the poster be something completely different? Seems like an odd choice.
Clue 8: I strongly believe Sony will want to distance themselves from those versions of the characters after the poor reception those movies received. I believe they will be either recasting, or creating a new roster.

About venom being in the tasm universe how does oscorp have venom if he wasn't even on the earth yet during tasm, and right after venom got on earth his was kept in a lab that was not oscorp until Eddie got him, so in no time that venom got to earth and before he hosted with Eddie was he ever in oscorp for that post credit scene, unless that post credit scene in tasm takes place after nwh.

There’s also another clue in NWH when andrew is looking at zendaya and tom in the lab while they’re working together for the cure. He looks sad and then tobey asks him “do you have someone?”. It is actually andrew thinking of his MJ (shailene woodley) bcs why would tobey ask that? Andrew already mentioned about gwen on the rooftop scene. Then andrew answers that he doesn’t have time bcs of peter parker thing. I think it is about andrew wanting to chase his MJ but he is still considering about it after what happened to gwen.
It is also obvious when tobey later says that it works out with his MJ but it’s complicated. And you can see andrew’s face, he might be thinking that peters are destined with MJ eventually.
It looks obvious that sony is building up tasm story again.
