These agencies mentioned can help you from start till the end and you don’t have to pay them back you just have to work to complete your contract. Try applying to all of them and see the one that accepts you . All the best
It takes about 6 months upwards for you to get the USRN license if nothing is delayed. Then immigration process from when you sign your contract varies from country and situation.
