I have a weird nostalgia for this movie because my mom rented it for me one day when I stayed home sick from high school. It always feels like a fever dream to me because of that lol
It is the Christmas season and there is one Christmas horror movie that I don't think get the love it deserves. Dead End 2003. I'd love to see your take on it
Dude! When I saw Xmen Dark Phoenix I thought "why the hell does it feel like I saw this before?!!" It took this long (and this video) for me to realize i was thinking of this movie 😂
When Marv from home alone 2 popped up getting electrocuted I started to bust laughing like that 😂😂😂😂 but yea I agree it deserves 2 🐝🐝 it was a heck of a story but the visual effects are like you said to much but still enjoyed the review 😁👍
Now , I've got to watch this film !! But remember that diesel fuel is tough to combust . ( If it was diesel or ...maybe Avgas ? Or , or , or ??? Rocket fuel or ??? Curious & curiouser ! I love your work as it's always a bright spot in my day !!🎉❤❤
This is a Russian ship(and non nuclear powered) so that fuel would be marine grade diesel. Although since it had a missile onboard… it may have been a mixture of diesel and some secondary hotter burning fuel from a storage bunker that was made of missile components like the warheads and rockets pods .

Some movies go better with a fever!
Resistance is futile! 🤣 “I am Locutus of Borg”
The “spare parts” scene is the most memorable part of the movie.
Also I was looking up the exact quote and I saw they made toys for this movie.
that 'Mother Russia" line cracked me up, good stuff 👍👍
Two bees is a little generous, but the robots did have a certain cuteness and the comments made the forgettable flick adorable!
Based strictly on the visual effects
@@theNewBee agree with visual, ok.

My fam are your fans also, great work and happy holidays to you and yours ❤️
The Donald Sutherland animatronic still impresses me.

Thenewbee posts. I like. I’m a simple man
It's movies like this that should be remade. Movies that had massive potential but failed the execution.
Honestly i watched this and the Cyborgs just made me think of the Strogg from the Quake Series. and that actually made them More Terrifying.
Sorry your subscriber count isn't really going up. This is a great channel, so have a comment.
The alien's plan to leapfrog from Lord Howe Island is hilarious.

Even thos Jamie Lee Curtis has said this is her least favourite film, I still wanna see it.
Where have I seen that? Those machines mixed with people give me Cenobites vibes.
All I can say is at least the monsters were practical effects.
This is one of those movies I vaguely remember, I guess there was a reason for that.
