It's terrifying how the very creature that once tried to help Louie became his food If nobody knew the creature isn't being controlled by Louie It is taking Louie's Saltiness for being left behind and turning into a murderous rage on itself edit I forgot to mention this is all explained and it knows because Louie uses the same brain wave length as bugs
