Yes, you can send message to multiple people, but it is not possible to just scan the QR and get the attendance.

Can be make automation to grab person's name or unique student code after scanning qr code.. instead of filling the form!... Like jus scan and done... Attendance is recorded type

You can limit the form submission in Google Forms Settings.

No, with Google Forms dose not have a feature to share location so you cannot add location verification but you can use any other application instead of Google Form which provides location sharing or verification.

what if I have two phones and I will take a picture of this QR code and scan the QR code from my other phone regularly before attending to the office?
Yes, it is possible to do that.
Some people add the location coordinates in the Google Forms.
So at the time of form submission, coordinates are also sent with the attendance. So you cant do at home.
