The original cushion sucks, the stitching part come off easily and soon the whole thing got loose Actually it is not stitch but glued with some weak adhesive.

Try Sony MDR XB450 replacement ear cushions. They are cheaper.
Edit: my region comes with stitch ear pads out of the box! ;D

You put them on backwards.. The power switch is the right ear, you placed the left cup there..
