In a dish,
1 box of garden rotini
4 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp garlic
Fresh oregano
Lemon zest
Lemon juice (half lemon)
Pepper
Salt
Cover with foil 350 45 minutes
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 to 2 cups Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley
Mix
In a dish,
One bag frozen tortellini
Put some roasted rappers around
1 jar raos Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup milk
Chopped up bacon
Handful of spinach chopped up
Garlic powder
Layer of Shredded mozzarella
Parsley
350 for 30 minutes

😂❤❤Love pasta salad!! Gotta be a straight shooter though, on the lemon zest thing....all you have to do is rub the lemon 🍋 up and down on the grater....no awkward peeling moves. Act like you're scratching the 🍋 with the grater. Easy as 1-2-3!😊❤

Bless her heart!! I was a cook on towboats out of New Orleans so I've seen my share of things!! One boat had a male 'cook' and his biscuts were hard as bricks!! I got on board and made my own biscuts next morning and Capt. Bobby said, 'Your biscuts are no good!!! They fall apart!!" I said, "Capt. Bobby, you've been eating John's bricks so long, you forgot what a good biscut is like!!!" Poor man was in his 70s but had to work to help his son (who was a stearsman at the same time on the same boat, making 6 figures a year but considerably less than the 6 figures his daddy was making) because the son married a gold digger!! I loved my job!! You always met such a diverse group of people!! Plus the pay was great!! 15 years ago I was making over $180 a day for about 4-5 hours worth of effort in a day's time!! And I got as much overtime as possible because they were short cooks! One Captain paid me $16 for less than 10 minutes of work....he asked me to make 3 cheese omelets for the lock master so we could get through the dam or 'lock' as they're called on the rivers. Great job!!

I make a lot of dishes with mozzarella on top. I do use the block. it melts way, way, better than shredded store bought. I slice it up, cover completely. In the last 5 minutes of cooking, switch to broil, turn heat up to 450 or higher, burn the cheese. Once it starts to burn, it turns fast.

When i was young, if a stray cat would wander in our yard(my mother NEVER allowed animals in the house, no pets period), i would go get a bowl and put cottage cheese(probably not the best thing to do but i was under 5 yo) in it and lay down next to the kitty eating the cottage cheese AND LOSE MY MIND OVER THAT SOUND! Music to my ears! P.S. the day i moved out at 18 yo( it has been a while ago, like 44 years 'awhile'!😊), i rescued cats and dogs. Will ALWAYS Have Furries for the rest of my days!

Yeah. Turn the zester over and then move the fruit, not the zester. Same result, but much less effort.
