Never have I sat so still for over an hour in my 57 yrs. I sufffer from stress/ anxiety/ depression and I decided to meditate on this. Wow wow wow , at times my head tilted right back and my mouth opened wide and my brain felt like it was firing off neurons like a lightening strike, I saw things in my minds eye and I believe I saw past lives, is this possible? Thank you so so much for this I wanted it to go on forever!. It’s not hard just get comfortable and play it, and ask what you need help with/ for , it works!!!
I'm sorry, Past lives come as a flood of memory, not some vague dream or thoughtful imagination, it has a incredibly strong impact and it changes you and your perception forever, the memory's are clear extremely real. Unfortunate to see so many misguided people here.
Everyone has past lives. We only see it linearly because of our embodiment on Earth to experience duality. We are Eternal souls living a human experience. Your right, you can ask questions right before you go to sleep and right when you wake up cuz your in theta brain wave. Something i learned from regression therapy. I listened to this entire series last night while in a slightly altered state of consciousness. While listening to this one, I could feel some fears which had been holding me back, burning away in the area of my Solar Plexus. A little while later, I felt as if there was a flame burning in-between my eyes. That felt strange to me because this one is for the solar plexus, not the Third Eye. Nevertheless, I feel extremely calm, grounded and centred today. Now I find myself looking forward to facing the challenges I was once fearful of. Thank you for this.
Too bad the image of the fire isn’t moving. I suddenly remember how I could sit hours in front of our heater, you could see the fire burning. And it was hot, but I didn’t care. And if they asked me why I was doing that, I couldn’t explain. Now I understand why! It made my pain during my childhood bearable.
I was feeling a pain in my stomach following a destabilizing weekend and the pain started fading away literally a minute into this. I’m even in lecture listening with only one ear. Insane absolutely fantastic thank you!

Absolute truth! Your mom and the wrong best friend will show you or even tell you if you're paying attention to how jealous they get. No need to be jealous, do something fantastic and shine bright or leave someone else's va-va-voom alone! This last year showed me the jealous ones and I stood my ground with them all. To be jealous and hateful over...my humanitarian work has opened my eyes in so many ways. I love what I do, not my spotlight. That spotlight isn't fulfilling trust me, BUT the acts of lifting up others has been TRULY REWARDING to my soul. Bless you, keep shining!!🙌🌼☀️
When I was younger I always used to like to burn things even if it was few matches in an ashtray...I remember my best friend always used to laugh at me for that ( we used to smoke at that time) I could never explain why, but it always gave me so much relief...now I understand! X

I lit candles, Lit incense for solar plexus, massaged my solar plexus point with mandarins oil, place a yellow stone on the solar plexus and listened to this. Am in need of some strength

This is really relaxing. I did have discomfort in my lower tummy, but it's not as intense as it was before. What's really cool is that there's a clarinet playing and a fire in the background. I played clarinet and fire is an element I know oh so well and resonate with.

I don't think I could listen to this on longer times or minutes because it made my anxiety worse. I think it is so powerful that you should listen to it on shorter time to be effective.

This is a very very powerful frequency, you will feel anxiety at first. I had to close my eyes and see the fire in my palms and push it into my torso.

Absolute truth! Your mom and the wrong best friend will show you or even tell you if you're paying attention to how jealous they get. No need to be jealous, do something fantastic and shine bright or leave someone else's va-va-voom alone! This last year showed me the jealous ones and I stood my ground with them all. To be jealous and hateful over...my humanitarian work has opened my eyes in so many ways. I love what I do, not my spotlight. That spotlight isn't fulfilling trust me, BUT the acts of lifting up others has been TRULY REWARDING to my soul. Bless you, keep shining!!🙌🌼☀️
When I was younger I always used to like to burn things even if it was few matches in an ashtray...I remember my best friend always used to laugh at me for that ( we used to smoke at that time)

But then i rushed to other people to tell & share my inner experiences & they denied, rejected, pushed huge negativity and my solar plexus got even worse then before... Our senses can easily be unlocked through a number of ways. This sound makes me smell a small bonfire in the middle of the woods.
I lit candles, Lit incense for solar plexus, massaged my solar plexus point with mandarins oil, place a yellow stone on the solar plexus and listened to this. Am in need of some strength

This is really relaxing. I did have discomfort in my lower tummy, but it's not as intense as it was before. What's really cool is that there's a clarinet playing and a fire in the background. I played clarinet and fire is an element I know oh so well and resonate with.
