The way I see Luffy's Meat Analogy, is that he doesn't want to be a hero, because heroes have to save people (With great power comes great responsibility) and Luffy wants to be free Of course, he saves people during his journey, but not because he is a hero who is obligated to save them, it's because he deeply cares for them, and want them to be as free as he is
Basically, luffy is a nice guy, but help from him isn't unconditional. For him to help you, you need to either reward him with something (most likely food), treat him with respect and kindness beforehand, or be one of his friends.

Sanjis blue(-see) walk a few episodes ago, while the strawhats dived down and Sanji got out of bubble to fight Surume, was a foreshadowing for the sky walk.

My fav theory is Chopper is just a mutant, a mess of dna. A young body thats not fully developed eating a zoan may influence the growth and development of the body. He is somewhere between Raindeer, Human and close to Mink .... +he already on drugs specifically to alter his body (Rumble Balls). He is a monster after all. And i would love even more forms like a Vendigo
