James 3:16 For where you have envy and selfish ambition , there you find disorder and every evil practice. Lord Jesus Christ is coming soon🙏🏼❤️🕊REPENT, believe in the Gospel, Be Born Again
Psalm 18:1-3 I will love thee O lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom will I trust: my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies. 🙏 ❤
I always thought it was telling how David had the chance to return the favour, but never took it. In fact, he pointed it out to Saul that he could have killed him, and chose not to. For all Saul's bluster about how David was trying to usurp him he knew, on some level, it wasn't true. Even after David showing mercy it still didn't stop Saul from trying to kill him again. I wonder how much of Saul's flummery he actually believed, himself. My guess is he swallowed all kinds of malarkey. Otherwise, he wouldn't have stopped believing God. Lying is probably the most self-destructive sin, from what I can tell. 🤔

Yes, David did have a major transformation when he was anointed. I never connected those dots. I thought it was because he feared God. Thanks so much
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." -John 14:6
The instrument that David played was called a LYRE, not a LIAR (someone who LIES.)

Thou Shall Not Bear False Witness. When you speak, speak in truth. Because if you speak and you aren't factual it's a sin.
