Hello sir my ppmet percentile was 53 general and i have applied in 1st counselling and i have got nightingale college of nursing ludhiana and if i take admission in this college then if i have paid fees and in 2nd counselling if i have to change college then i have to submit fees again for the college alloted in 2nd counselling?
