I started Curology on October 20, 2019 and filmed this update 1 year later on October 17, 2020. I used Curology with 0.01% tretinoin strength every 3rd night for the first week, every other night for the second week, and every night weeks 3 through 6. For the first 2 weeks I also stopped my morning skin care routine except for moisturizer and sunscreen. At week 3, I started resuming serums/acids/etc in my skin care routine. Around April 1, 2020, my provider increased my tretinoin strength to 0.02%. To acclimate to the new strength, I applied my Curology every 3rd night, moisturizers-only the next night, and glycolic serum the next night. After 6 weeks, I added 1 night to that cycle (around June 2020), and have continued with 3 nights per week from June through now, October 2020. My skin is tolerating it well. I am taking it slowly to avoid irritation/flaking skin. I probably won’t move up to more than 3 nights per week until at least after the new year.
