Funny thing about this pokemon was a Gligar Outbreak i had a 4 days ago i was just walking by them and when i turned around One fly straight up to encounter a battle from behind and it was shiny talk random shiny attacking you Off-Guard! Teal Mask outbreaks is full of happiness
Same thing happened with me and my shiny talonflame I was just running up a grassy path towards the ghost gym and I ran straight into a shiny fletchinder that literally just spawned in as I ran into it
I just hatched around 1,000 gligar eggs just to get my shiny Through out the hatching i found other shinies I got gligars with 4 fantastic stats and 2 best and my shiny has 2 best, 3 fantastic and decent on speed

been trying a few times but it went from morning to dusk, and the day time didn't show up. wasted three union circles trying to join scarlet game
