Varies from university to university and subject to subject.
Usually exams in europe test your conceptual knowledge. In contrast, in Asia we have a test of Memory in exams.
If you understand a subject, then it is very easy to pass it in europe regardless of country or university

Ni wo extend nahi hota. Belgium me fee hoti hai universities ki. Germamy zada acha hai. Fee nahi hoti.

But on passport/adhar/pan - Samir Mandal
During visa for phd (Belgium /mostly Europe), any problem will be there because of father's middle name?
I dont think there will be any problem. Your father name is not that relevant to your application. But you should confirm it from the embassy via email.

All public universities have more or less 200-250 euro fee per semester in Germany as per my knowledge. You can apply in any one of them
