So I rarely comment on workout videos but this is a work of art. Genetics unfortunately gave me masculine legs and they never were slender and thin ,they always had that strong athletic shape no matter what I do. This is the first workout that helped me. My legs were a lot slimmer after only one time doing it. Your workouts also helped me lose 3kg in only one week. You are such an angel ,thank you Nina. 🥰❣️

Doing this for a week: Measurements: thighs: 47cm Day 1:✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3:✅ Day 4:❌ went to a sleepover Day 5:✅ I went ice-skating yesterdays d fell on my thigh so doing this was extremely painful and actually surprised I did it Day 6:❌ Day 7:✅ Results:46 I don’t feel like this really worked so maybe I’ll continue doing it
