Sospeso Decoupage, 3d decoupage How to do sospeso art without sospeso sheets Relief decoupage

I tried sospeso decoupage using white plastic sheet.first I sand and paint the base you can use any base, jars or bottles.Apply white chalk paint or white acrylic paont to make the base white as decoupage with always done on white base.
after getting dry select a napkin with wide separated petals.Cut the flower out of the napkin and separate the layers.
now paste the napkin on your prepared base with modpodge...
Now take white plastic thin sheet which is normaly used to make stencils,sand the sheet, because pasting has to be done on rough surface the glue with penetrate to the roughness of the sheet and it will grip the sheet and the napkin.
you can also use rice paper or laser printout paper.
after pasting and drying cut out first motive as it is..Sahpe them with ball tool after giving heat of the candle.For the next layer cut out the separate petals shape them and paste them using glue gun keep on adding shaped petals so that it with give 3d look.always seal the napking with modpodge before cutting because after shaping it is very tough to apply any modpodge you can just use laqure spray in the end...
Add embellishments if needed this is how 3d decoupage or sospeso decoupage is done easily without any sospeso sheet.
