Yes you need primer for all base before decoupage

@@elgajoh gesso works really well but you may need to sand if the surface lightly so that it sticks really well

Hi munmuni currently we are sold out on glass plates and anyways due to lockdown currently no parcels are being shipped out as couriers are closed.
