You get the thickness of the wire in micrometers. We heat the armature core to 80 degrees, then add the insulation. If you watch our videos, you will understand the process.
@World of armature Hi, I have question... My 230V, single phase motor spins only when I connect it through speed controler, it spins only at lowest voltage that gives that particullar controller. When I increase voltage a bit, rotor slows dawn right away, barely moves, buzzes rly loud and stator gets rly hot, and smoke appears in 3 secs... What do you think is that coil that gets hot damge and stator rewinding should fix my problem? Ofc I checked brushes and the're fine,. almost like a factiry new ... If so, I have another question... What about numbers of turnes? Will it matter if I wind a few turns more/less, let's say 3-4?
Your motor's auxiliary coil is partially burnt You need to rewinding it again If you want to increase the power of your coil, reduce the diameter of the wire and increase its number accordingly
All shiny polyester First component: Unsaturated polyester resin Second component (accelerator): Cobalt (purple substance) Third component (dryer): peroxide (clear liquid)

how do you choose the wire? what temperature must wire insulation lacquer be able to handle?

I really love the videos you make. for me, watching them are kind of feeling relaxed
Thank you very much. It makes us proud
Hi, I have a question, how about in rewinding of field coil? Is it the same procedure? Reduce to smaller size of wire and double the number of turns?

@@worldArmature Ok, thank you so much. 😎 I'm glad to see that it's fixible... :D
hello friend, what type of varnish do you use for insulation
