Glad to see a review this real/unbiased for Tiege Hanley. Thanks! Would you be up for doing 30 days with Brickell men’s products and reviewing that? Always enjoy your in depth reviews and recommendations!
You should do a video on good leather gloves. I've been wanting to pick some up but prices wide vastly and I'm not sure what brands fit in that sweet spot of price and quality. Not sure if it's your style but I world appreciate your perspective on this as you are the best RUclipsr in this topic.
I still prefer women's skincare brands. Yes, it can be confusing to pick from thousands of products; but just like classic apparel, a bit of homework goes a long way.
can u name some?
Please name some products
Hey Kavalier. I love your videos. Any chance you could do a video about casual shirts? Especially high end or premium brands?
so what's your output on swimmers? what should i do to help my skin if i swim regularly?
I think you articulated the critical point which is to have a routine that includes cleaning the skin and most critically, using a moisturizer with SPF. I'm not sure there would be much of a difference between the drug-store and specialty brands unless you have skin sensitivities or acne. It's the routine that makes the big difference.
I can definitely see the wasteful side of it but thinking about your lifestyle, I guess the little bottles are great for those always on the go, traveling. At the same time, maybe for video purposes you have pumped a lot of product. Usually you don't need more than a pump, maybe face moisturizer, but other than that, do not over dose your face with products, the key is consistency and discipline.
I guess in the end, regardless of price range and ingredients (clearly, the more you can invest in, the better for you and your skin), it is important to have a skincare/beauty routine. Not only you see progress but it also feel healthier and fresher.
(by the way, have you removed product from your face around 5:43?)
For the face wash only: I've got nothing against sodium lauryl sulfate, however it's a cheap foaming surfactant. Not what I want for this price point.
Should I add toner to this routine
is that a straight razor strop I spotted in your video?
Have used many skin care lines over the years from Lab Series to Jack Black to Kiehl’s, Brickell, Port Products, Billy Jealousy, Clinique and others. I’ve been using Malin & Goetz for the past several months and extremely happy with their line of products and highly recommend them. However hands down I still feel Jack Black’s Supreme Cream Shave Lather is the best of all shave creams out there.
@J Artemio I also use the JB Moisturizer with the spf. Good choice. I was really disappointed with the packaging of the Brickell products more than anything.
I've been using Teige for a few months now. I totally agree that it's a bit wasteful and expensive but I haven't found any other skin care product that is as simple and effective. Wish the am moisturizer came in a bigger bottle though
if u havent found any yet then you arent looking, just take a quick look into korean skincare, also dont be trapped in the "for men" market, both men AND women can use the same stuff with great succes
@@tominotopia All I know about Korean skin care is that it's 10 steps which sounds complicated when compared to Tiege
No it is not 10 step, basic care starts with 3, then you add whatever your skin needs
@@tominotopia very interesting, do you recommend a source where I can read up on this as the internet has contradicting information
@@tominotopia so whats your recommendation huh?
I'd consult your dermatologist for what they suggest for your skin.
Love your channel!!!! Thanks for this wonderful service. Consider reviewing:'Woolsover' out of the UK. I just ordered a couple of lambswool sweaters, but they also have merino and cashmere in a variety of styles. They look great online. I wish they provided more information on the source of their yarn... where they are manufactured.
Here's been my secret for great skin for the last decade and its worked great. Wash with warm wash cloth, light scrub around face, ears, nose, etc but don't scrub too hard so as to not damage or irritate skin. Dry and lightly rub with a different wash cloth. Don't use soap. Do this before bed and then after getting up. Do this when taking showers. Done! Gets rid of dead skin and oil without drying out face. The products out there are gimmicks and waste of money. Don't bother with that crap. If you really need soap, then find a natural soap to use from time to time but ive not needed it.
Best T-shirts review.
Im about a week in and I’m diggin it
Try Curology...customized ingredients to meet your goals. Best option I have come across besides going to a dermatologist.
Just ordered it!
I completely agree.
I can’t really afford it at the moment, but I’d be interested to see how’d it fare on my face since my nose is extremely oily while the rest of my tends to dry out a lot in the winter but is neutral in the summer.
Frank Furt the Problem is for someone like me That we don’t what exactly what to buy or how to use
Frank Furt what are the steps if i want to buy Clinique for example? Which product should i get to start to have a clean skin , like these step that subscription companies are offering such as am monistrize and pm , face wash and what else 😨 thanks by the way for the infos , I appreciate it
Frank Furt what do you think of Curology? Do you think they are legit and are the prices good in compare to other alternatives for example if you buy your skincare yourself with your own research ?
Thanks
Brave to do this. 55 and never used anything except lotion. Never used sunscreen. I use just a wash towel to exfoliate
invest is some korean stuff, Tiege is expensive for what it offers and is made to catch skincare newbies
TominotopiA what do you recommend?
I'm thinking I kind of like you and would be open to trying you as a trial roommate.
Finally... A song.
Didn't realize they were missed!
I agree, it appears to be really wasteful. Most of the products I've purchased last for several months at least. Besides that, I've tried similar priced brands that are more conscious with ingredients and practices, and they provided me with great results.
Rafael Rossi which one are you using now ?
@@rezaakbari1773 I'm constantly trial testing different brands Reza, but right now I'm using Port Products for moisturizer and beard oil, Aesop for toner, Eminence Organics for serum and Deciem for eye cream. Still looking for a great SPF.
Rafael Rossi thanks for the Infos , can you help me with the steps and instructions? I am so new to this and don’t know where to start , are the steps the same with every company like Tiege ?
@@rezaakbari1773 No problem. Sure I can, pal. Normally yes, the steps are pretty much routine. Your essential lineup should include a cleanser, a moisturizer and an SPF. If you need or have the budget to, get an exfoliator and also a serum and eye cream. It really depends on your type of skin and your budget. One of the best things you can do is identify your skin type and needs, and later educate yourself on the kinds of ingredients to avoid (sulfates, parabens, etc) and to look for (retinol, active extracts, peptides, etc). Also, do your research to find the brands that best suit you. Most of them have trial kits or travel sizes for you to experiment with the brand before buying big. Most products last for several months so don't be afraid to test them before. Hope that helps.
Rafael Rossi thanks a lot for your kind help , I will start with Kiehl first but would also be happy if you share some brands that you liked your used before .
It wasn't so much the products that made the difference, it was the clean eating and the added hydration. The cosmetic industry is full of a lot of crap. If products, and I mean all in general, really worked, then why do people still get botox and face lifts, dermabrasions, etc etc. I could literally go on and on. Look for natural products like organic coconut oil to moisturize the skin.
I do like an abrasive cleanser and buy one off Amazon that has large granules.
I'm a Kiehl's product user, 30 years old, I prefer walking to the mall like an old guy, so I've been resisting the hell out of this. What I do like about this is how you don't have to sign your life away, you can get it in bunches. But nobody realistically needs monthly deliveries, I don't care if you're Zac Efron. I like what Alpha is doing, I don't doubt that it's a high quality regimen, I just think that $60 a year at Kiehl's will do you just fine.
Nick W i am a kiehls user too
Suggestion: Get a camera system that allows automatic eye focus. You're welcome! Great review. Though I do not like Alpha M in principle.
any particular reason?
A bigger bottle would be a lot nicer
Hey mate! Enjoying your video. I've been watching many shoes related videos and none of the youtubers mentioned Samuel Windsor! Their shoes are priced around $99 and with that price, they are praised by a lot of people for their quality in its price range. Can you review their shoes too? Thanks
The serum is where its at
Beard is sick bro 💯 I love tiege. Been on it for almost 3 years
You dropped a couple years after 30 days.
Tiege will do that
@@The_Kavalier I'm about to see myself. I've been using the Level 3 for 1 wk now.
@@donney- now that some time has passed have you noticed a difference for the better?
@@hide8653 Not any negative effects, but not much change. I do enjoy the way my face feels after it's clean with the products applied though. I think it takes months on top of months for REAL results.
Beekman 1802
You're starting to get expression lines bro
@Frank Furt just shows signs of aging. He should probably use something better than Teige to fight that
Please please please John dont go into the Zuniga essntls, alpha m tiege, alex costa nordstrom, "Im going to promote the shit out of other dudes because theyre going to promote the shit out of me " type thing. Dont go that route
Of course not. This is my own experience and my own opinions as always
@@The_Kavalier thank you. They are not the only ones I follow, several that you have had on your channel I enjoy but it feels like many have been corrupted with added views. I come to the Kavalier to be educated; to learn about products and craftsmanship. Thats why I like your channel.
There's a nasty hair coming out of your neck! Keep up the great work with the non bias reviews!
Aussies hearing SPF 20 .... uh huh.

Need a new underwear review video !
Just did one last week!
Overpriced.
