Lefty and Troy super job I can't play guitar anymore with arthritis and carpal tunnel, so built a few lap steel guitars. The song I would love to see you guys play is a George Jones number I would like to learn the intro swells in Still doing Time. I'll keep watching.
The only thing I can think of that would embellish this awesome video is; KEEP the camera ON that steel guitar throughout the entire video. IE: The constant "cutting-away" from the artistry that Doug exudes; is negating what he is doing. Oh yes! And so sad. Reason: The entire world has heard and seen singers from here to eternity since creation. But it is my understanding that there are only 30,000+ steel players in the world. If so, LET IT SHINE; so that the world will see, hear and enjoy THE world's most beautiful musical instrument. Oh yes! IMHO: There is NO need to see faces. Simply focus ON that steel; so the world can see where in the pluperfect hallelujah; that incredible music is coming from. Oh yes! In other words: ruclips.net/video/6K2eIZCAsTw/видео.html
