A before and after water test would be nice to see. Thanks for all you do to put your tests together! Your solar install and battery builds inspired me.

The pressure relief valves are one thing but the tubing is yours. You need tape and blue monster both. I have a similar setup. 8 in a row. You also need the white outings you can only get from geekpure. I change prints every time I change the filter. Which boring are you using

My system totally different I have one of those 40 micron and a ultra violet light and my filters are about size of a welding tank which there are two one full of carbon the other is for large particulate all of the self flush once a week but it cost about 5k 15 years ago I also have a lot of iron so I need a replacement soon lol So don't feel bad and mark it up to a learning experience Cheers and good luck.

You use several brass male / plastic female couplings. Usually it's not recommended (different temp dilatation, plastic doesn't resist shear forces on the long term). Other than that beautiful clean installation, well done!

If you are saying that that system is failure out of the box and you have that much iron in your lower right filter, no way that is just installed. If it is your water needs a spin down system better than the one you have. No filter changes in a day.

Pentair can't be beat, great products all around just costly, but as they say buy once cry once.

Pentair so far has been great. One o-ring was not in spec and was leaking but not continuously. I replaced it and it has been dry now for a week or so.

Pressure relief valve get sediment in it, it must be flushed out first or it may leak, but if you keep pressing it, the sediment will bleed out.

@@DMIINC2013 thanks homie, I’m ordering cartridge housing wholesale from China, $2-$12/ea for 20”x4.5
Can you help me figure out which one is highest quality,, I’ll hook u up too, I wanna build a 20 stage RO SYSTEM to shower 🧼 in

That makes no sense. I use step-down system. There is no best filter. I use Pentair spun from 50 u to 5 u then a kinetic kdf, then Pentair loose carbon, then lead reduction, then carbon blocks,. 1 micron nominal then I use a daulton rip 2000. I also have a uv light at the end. I like the geekpure because they are clear. This guy says he using ivertighteneing. The truth is that these are fine. Definitely need the unique ring from geekpure. Cannot get them anywhere else. That's a SHTF problem. Any pressure valve needs to be beaded and reseated after pressurization.
