Excellent review! New sub! I have a question. In the 10:31 software / Day to day experience part of the video it looked pretty laggy with all those apps opened. Does it lag often and does it become and irritating?
Thanks! It doesn't lag all the time but it does happen on some occasions. Over time you get used to it, hopefully one day they'll fix it with an update.
Thanks! It's not slow but it's not as instant as say the Google Pixel. The capturing and saving speed is pretty much the same as my Note10+ so I'd say it's fast!
Hey thanks! If photography/video recording is a absolute necessity like for school or work then the iPhone but as David said the A52 will get longer and more feature packed updates, the A52 is a better overall device. I guess the deciding factor for you will be whether you like iOS or One UI, make the right choice! 😂
@@mahammad I'm buying the a52 5g fairly soon based on this video and other review and it comes with a free pair of galaxy buds plus in my area. What are your thoughts on the buds +. Great video btw. Earned a sub
Thanks man! The Buds+ are possibly the best earbuds for the price and they work well with Samsung devices. I used to have the OG Buds but about a year ago I got the Buds+. The sound is great enough, the battery lasts me about 1-2 weeks depending on usage and latency is non existent with gaming mode. Also the Buds+ has this Labs beta feature called "double tap earbud edge" where you can double tap on the back or top of your left or right ear to decrease or increase volume, this is separate to the "touch and hold" slots, I use the left slot for Bixby and right slot for triggering ambient sound mode. Unfortunately the Buds Pro doesn't have "double tap earbud edge" feature which is why I'm keeping the Buds+
@@mahammad Okay thank you. In India the s20fe makes way more sense. For just around £360 to £400 with 4k 60fps and a much better processor. Although it doesn't have 5g
If your budget is high then the Galaxy S20 FE has more bells and whistles like flagship like 25w super fast charging and flagship processor. I'd go for the S20 FE 5G instead of the regular because it has the Snapdragon 865 instead of Exynos 990 so it's definitely more worthy. Or if you're willing to wait until the end of the year the S21 FE will release if you're interested!
@@mahammad Did you notice any delay or jam on this phone? Is the performance of the fingerprint sensor satisfactory? As well as cameras Do you know a better phone in this price range? Thank your
I’m using the standard FHD 60 option. I’ve just realised when I use FHD 60 the video stabilisation setting greys out but in FHD 30 it becomes enabled. I guess video stabilisation isn’t supported in 60fps which is a bummer. If they wanted to they could push out an update and give us the option but i highly doubt that’ll happen.
@@mahammad yes, is not supported and because of 750 cpu probably never will be. Can You check OpenCamera (free from google store), enable Api2 in setting (for allowing open camera use own setting) and try 120 FPS recording (probably only in 720 - HD resolution)?
The F3 seems to have a more powerful processor and can be handy especially if you play games. There is no headphone jack or micro SD card on the F3 if you care about that. It seems to have a much faster charging speed as well. The deciding factor is if you'd like One UI or MIUI.

Very good in depth review, one of the few reviewers who can give us honest feedback for these midrange phones.
Thanks for the comment, really appreciated!! I'll always be as honest as possible if something is good or can be improved!

First tech video i give it a like in a while nice video

Love this in depth review 🙏 thanks!

Hello
Would you recommend this or an IPhone 8 plus?
I'm stuck between the two...
I need help
Thank you in advance😊
Great review BTW 🔥
Iphone 8 plus won't get many more software updates.
The a52 5g has 4 more years, bigger battery and is a more modern phone I'd recommend it

This phone might be a cop for me 🔥
Phone* yes?
I'm gonna assume you aren't talking about the phone but my beautiful thumbnail 😤😤
@@mahammad yeah, typo 😂, and it's a nice thumbnail btw
what's the difference between A52 5G and normal A52 other than added 5G support and better processor?
90hz screen on the normal one and in some markets there's a 128GB storage with 4GB RAM configuration
what samsung theme are you using? can I have also the link for that?
I'm using the Theme Park / Good Lock app. The green colour code I'm using is 3DD119.
Is the stabilization that bad? Even with OIS?
Yeah stabilisation is greyed out and unavailable on 4K 30FPS and 1080p 60FPS but there's stabilisation on 1080p 30FPS and 720p 30FPS!

Does it have stabilization for 4k video?
Only FHD 30fps
in some videos they saying 5g variant comes only in black true or not or it depands on country?
Maybe it's regional, in the UK we can get the blue, violet, white or black colour with 5G varient.
If one has the budget for it ..would you recommend this or the s20fe instead?

@@mahammad Oh I would go for it but its not available in India. Its just the 4g exynos version thats available
Ahh alright. I'd suggest maybe waiting for S21 FE, if they use Exynos they might use Exynos 2100/2200 instead of the 990.
Really good 👌🏽👍🏼
Can u send the link where you bought it
www.samsung.com/uk/smartphones/galaxy-a/galaxy-a52-5g/buy/?modelCode=SM-A526BZKDEUA
Is it an all plastic build?
Yep plastic back with aluminium frame.
What's secure 2D face unlock?
It uses the existing selfie camera for face unlocking and it can't be fooled by a photo or video, it's reliable most of the times.

S21 5G Ultra, no charger. Samsung's midrange phone: here's a charger for you! Lol I don't get it. Cool review!
Yeah it seems like these days it's just worth it to keep your old phone or get a upper mid-range phone instead of a flagship. Appreciate the comment 🤙
Samsung Marketing: If they can afford S21 Ultra they can afford the charger so F them. :D

GoodLook is not for all country. OIS in video mode... Not work? Video is maybe sharp but not smooth.
You're able to use NiceLock or FineLock app on the play store for unsupported regions.

Maybe 🤔
