IMHO: The key line is when Rinaldi tells Mike he became what Rinaldi was. Rinaldi is working on redemption for all he did in the past, Mike has too much anger still at this time to not see it, but in the last scene Mike acknowledges his actions. The final step, from the half measure, is Mike telling Rinaldi to take the FB photo down before pursuing the other party. Thus begins Mike ultimate journey to a different destination.
Mike was worse than Rinaldi. Mike literally told him that he wouldn’t sell out his client to do the right thing, yet that’s what he expected rinaldi to do when it came to his parents. Mikes a hypocrite
Legal motions have the purpose at the top. He didn’t need to read anything except the title that says MOTION TO DISMISS and everything else can be gone through later.

I'm assuming it was implied that his question was "Why did you stop practising medicine?" So Rinaldi's objection would have been sustained but Mike's implied question is a valid one.
nah... the case has nothing to do with Mike personally. he would have to have a vested interest in the outcome for there to be a conflict. just having a beef with opposing counsel would actually make him MORE effective. and if he had to recuse himself just because he has an issue with the opposing counsel, no lawyer anywhere would ever be able to work a case ever again.
Rinaldi is far worse and Mike has always acted in what he believes is right Rinaldo knew what he was doing was wrong and didn't care till after the fact
Maybe because the memories are not about what the lawyer is talking , but about the lawyer itself. He hated the fact that somebody put a price on his parents
I have a question: will there be no more seasons of suits? because I love this series and I hope it continues indefinitely. it would be an honor if you answered me
@@richhobo1216 Yeah but why not? I haven't watched Suits further than season 1, so without spoiling me, could u say why they won't make more seasons? Is the show a flop? Or did they completed the plot?

Mike plays the same card when he's defending the immoral side after all, and even worse, his actions directly result in the victim's family no longer receiving the compensation previously agreed to - stooping even lower than Rinaldi. I never watched this show when it ran, I just see these RUclips clips and I wonder, do lawyers laugh at how preposterous all of this is? That whole deposition was BS. Walking out of a deposition because you don't like the comments of the attorney will get you monetarily sanctioned by a judge.
Looking back, Mike never cared about doing what’s right he just crossed numerous lines He deemed were justifiable to get the outcomes. He wanted for his own personal agenda. he only called Nick Rinaldi the villain because he has a personal vendetta against him.

One of those times when Mike's memory is hindering his skills, plus the emotional state he is in..
This video literally fell off the sky. I was thinking about this whole Rinaldi and parents case, but would take me years to find it. So, THANK YOU!
You're welcome!!!
Mike & Harvey.. one of the greatest tv show relationships of all time
One of the greatest Boss-Employee relationships*
"Objection, speculation", "I want an answer to my question"... sometimes it was hard to watch this show, still entertaining.
I'm assuming it was implied that his question was "Why did you stop practising medicine?"

The last time I was this early, Harvey's mom hadn't cheated on Gordon Specter
7:02 I love how these two are wearing similar suits. It draws a parallel with how Mike is starting to act like Nick in this scenario
They aren't similar at all.
The last time I was this early, Harold was still working for Pearson Specter
Everything Ross fought for lead to this. Best revenge scene
You know he is the one who is wrong
He's a lawyer lol, he didn't commit a crime
It’s awful lawyering. Mike is 100% out of line and should have been fired for the conversation with Ranaldi alone
Ross, wouldn't be able to go to trial for this due to conflict of interest.
Not if he passes it down to Harvey and Mike is co counsel

Everyone is right about this... But on the real Harvey would have took the case because Mike would have been all in his own emotions to stay focus
harvey would have turned mike into another harvey eventually.... i think this case changed mike's trajectory
What's wrong with another Harvey?

The mean lawyer wins again by using people's conscience against them. Savage. Mike is too soft for the job.
When Jessica said to Harvey, "he might be the best of both of us". Lie, he's more like Louis at times
