In bad weather I sit in the kitchen, fire from there, through the utility room, out the back door to the end of the garden. About the same 17/18 meters. Much better than day-time TV. 👍
That's because the mic on the scope is absolutely brilliant mate. Honestly I was shocked when I heard how much noise it could pick up. I'd recommend this scope if ya ever think of owning one buddy.😉👍
I'm a little confused. 17m? I and many local club shooters would expect this size at 50m and do when the guns favoured ammo is used. AAR on air standard test sub12 is 40m and as expected is a fraction of this size hole.
Yes mate just shooting into the garden maximum I have is 17 meters and to be honest I was shooting from a really uncomfortable and unsteady rest my friend. There's a 100 meter range coming near me soon and I can't wait to really test the gun out then 😁 thanks for the comments mate. 👍
Yes, I know 😂 but I'm hoping to get a permission in the coming months 🤞 and at least then if I do then I'll be totally prepared and familiar with my kit before I go shooting live quarry. The last thing I want to do is have all the gear and no idea. Why risk injuring animals because I'm not fully prepared and familiar with my gun and scope. Personally I think it is the responsible thing to do. Thanks for the comments though buddy.👍😁
you go with what you got. My one at home is about 20yds. that is where the range i go too starts. even at 17 you get the feel of your gun. you get your head set right. you get used to sorting your scope out. this gentleman get enjoyment out of it.thats what most of us do and it doesnt matter how long you shoot, it,s doing what we love. we can't be all pros.
@Regan-d2t well said Regan my friend. 😉👍 It's not about being right wrong perfect or whatever else. If you have a pastime whatever it is all that counts is that the pastime gives you enjoyment. Passes time in a good way. A good way for you. If someone has a £1000 gun and another person has a gun worth £100 does that mean they don't have the right to the same enjoyment as the other person? Of course not. Like you say Regan you work with what you've got. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
@@colinForster-jm8pu yep you got that right. going to the range am tomorrow. just get a buzz thinking about it. going to look at my guns in a few and get them charged up. ( good shooting)
Pretty slick, well done. ❤

Once you shooting at longer distances you’ll have a better idea of your guns preferred pellet. Great set up for when you get a perm! Good luck 👍
