게으름과 부지런함의 기준은 정해져있지 않아요! 개인의 차이가 있는 거고 ;게으른' 하루라고 부르는 것 보다는 차라리 '쉬어가는' 하루라고 생각하고, 몸이 마음대로 따라주지 않는 그런 하루를 보내고 계신다면 억지로 몸을 끌고 다니는 것 보다는 조금 쉬어가시면서 천천히 하시는 걸 조심스럽게 추천해봐요!!!
