I knew you'd like this with all the "country" themes riffs, twang ,cry, loss of truck, dog, woman, best friend, house. Notice the white shirt from Way Down on the rack? and other easter eggs.
I love your laugh and enjoyed your reaction- thanks! Geoff has a dry sense of humor and wrote the bridge here as a nod to stereotypes about Country music being depressing (you loose your truck, dog, woman, best friend and home, etc...).
I was thrilled when Geoff was doing Blue Christmas. Geoff was singing so sadly and then started texting. The first explanation of how he came to need a new truck, but then lost his dog, and the bed sheets and Bill, started with laughter, then pitiful. Singing Blue Christmas. But it looks like he got Kathy and that is always special with those two. So good!
