BMW e90 gauge cluster needle fix

What and how to replace motor in case gauge cluster needles fail after needle/face swap. Leave any questions down below.

My cluster works, just sometimes it wont power on. 5 amp fuse works as it should. I have to remove the Cluster to unplug harness and plug back in for it work again.
