      Generally, yes. Just be on the lookout for ice crystals on the nugget. The water has the potential to cause unpleasant results if there is too much. I usually wait 5 minutes for any frozen water to absorb back into the breading before popping them in the fryer.

    what kind of oil ahould i use?

      I would recommend Sunflower oil, but canola works well, too.

      yeah it is. This way makes it less oil, and comes out just the same. Hope you've been well.
