I pray it boosts Nigerias economy ooh. Amen
This Dangote Refinery is supposed to help ease the petrol costs and many other ways. Unfortunately ,it will benefit Dangote and his cronies and Nobody else. No wonder we can't forge ahead in Nigeria. Nothing is done to benefit Nigerian citizens.
It will save Nigeria billions in foreign exchange. It will provide thousands of direct and indirect jobs. How does this not benefit Nigerians? Would you rather continue importing gas and other petroleum products?
@listenup2882 yes it is meant to bring in foreign exchange and make life easy for the people but these Gangsters and greedy business people running the country would not. Good luck .
Obviously you are a fool.
On information, Nigeria has 20 to 40 percent holding. The country can reinvest it's own profit share to buy down the pump price for Nigerians. Reducing the pump price will in turn help the economy at large.
About time…hope the $ is not siphon off and bankrupt the company
Also there would be Jobs for Nigerians. This is good news honestly
Nothing like cheap fuel
Dangote refinery should not be ANOTHER DANGOTE CEMENT which has made it very difficult for most Nigerians to build their own houses.
We blame Dangote for price of cement because we were fed with wrong information about prices elsewhere. Also note China can dump cement to crash local productions and Jack it up later after killing the local industry.
Why not just build your own refinery and sell it at discounted rates!
What about those producing and selling lowest fuel prices to there country and export the standard dollar price in other part of the world. Who is fooling who. This administration should do and think good for the betterment of our nation. God bless Nigeria, God bless Africa.
Dangote won’t ease fuel price. Watch out Nigerians.
Dangote escalates Cement price from N600 which’s N4000 today.
Dangote Refineries are no ray of hope to ease rising PMS prices that skyrocketed after fuel-subsidy.
Gas is not cheap. In America 1gallon (3.75 liters) is about $4. In Europe it is about $5.75/gallon. Producing it in Nigeria does not mean he has to sell at a loss. Stop thinking of subsidy rather think of gainful employment and profitable buisnesses that provide it.
THE DANGOTE REFINERY IS 45 BILLION DOLLARS INVESTMENT,IT UNDERVALUE TO EVADE TAX
Even stole from CBN. He sourced dollars at even 200naira/$ to building the ref. Emefiele knows and all our big politicians are shareholders in high level!!!!.
So you would have preferred we didn't build it at all. Maybe he should have used the money to buy an estate in Dubai
Moron!
Where will Dangote source his crude??. Not within the 40 states of Biafra. He can import !!!!.
Thunder fire you and biafra. Your biafra remains in the 5 southeastern states. Bring that your rubbish biafra or ipob into delta state and we will teach you a bitter lesson you will never forget. Mugu. The illiterate does not even know how many states Nigeria has as country. Coming here talking about 40 states. Ode.
