Thank you for sharing I really enjoyed the video I just had my apartment bathtub redone today now the owner is saying they do not want any bath mats with suction cups or any material, in the tub but the person they hired did not put anti-slip resistance on it 😩 so I do not know what they expect for us to do If I fall and hurt myself that's a lawsuit what type of bath mats do you remember? Or should I ask them to have the person to come back and put anti-slip resistant down.
We recommend using a reverse suction cup bathmat, we have one available on our website as well as our amazon storefront. This will ensure it does not rip up the finish. You could also have them come back and apply the non slip kit.
Great educational video. If I'm applying Ekopel on my entire tub what are the steps for applying the non-slip? Do I do the entire tub first with the normal Ekopel and then apply non-slip over it?

Hi - Just watched your video on the Ekopel Non-Slip. I have 3 questions: 1. I tend to wash the wet dye from my hair in the bathtub, will this product get stained from it? 2. If I buy the white version for my white bathtub, will it yellow over time? 3. Is this a product I have top remove and re-apply every year, or at some cycle of time/ Thank you for the great demonstration on how to apply it!!!!!
Make sure you use a hair dryer or heat gun after application to pop any bubbles (even the ones you can't see) and you won't get any staining. Ekopel will only yellow if its in the direct sunlight like outside for long periods of time or if harsh chemicals like bleach are used to clean the tub. This product if applied properly will last 20 years wit no peels!

I ordered 2 Ekopel 2K non slip refinishing kits to make sure I have enough. Figured I can always apply thin strips on another tub if there's extra. Do you recommend any particular roller covers? It looked like you used fairly light pressure to apply the product.

After refinishing the whole bathtub. Do you need to sand paper the area before you apply the antislip coating?
no if you apply the non slip after the bathtub kit dries thats fine to not sand

Any foam roller will work fine and yes light pressure as your pouring and pushing.

Can you refinish whole tub + use non slip for the floor?
Yes we recommend going in the next day and applying the caulk and either a non slip or a bathmat.

yes it can, with all the proper prep it will last 20 years no peels.
