A masterpiece from my loving country. But it was composed by Lepera too, not only by Gardel. Most pieces song by Gardel were composed by Gardel and Lepera together. "Por una cabeza",and how a man can lose everything due to betting.

Wonderfully played. Emily was Beautiful and Talented. The dancers played their role as expected and Joslin played with full gusto. Nice composition by itself. However, I think that the piano took away some of the energy from the original piece. Nevertheless, enjoyed the rendition as can be expected from this band. Bravo !!

LATER ON, I LEARNED THAT TANGO HAD BEEN, IN THE PAST, CONSIDERED TO BE NOT FOR THE HIGH SOCIETY, RATHER MUSIC FOR THE LOWER CLASS, UNTIL A PERFORMANCE, BY A GROUP THAT HAD TRAVELED TO NEW YORK.
