Watch ABOUT US live for a slower paced beautiful song. It's totally different from what you've heard from them and is a love song written to the fans during the pandemic lockdown.
There are the Band Maid Gold Rush interviews (2 parts) and the Ohrenje documentaries - both have song excerpts in them though. Also Band Maid band camp is fun.
Band-Maid Yokohama Arena. Over three hours on stage, 33 songs. This was No 27, and still going. During their 2023 tours they played 74 different songs.
Actually a good portion of their songs have some dynamics. Blooming MV is one I think you would enjoy. High energy but also some nice slower bits. They also have some really good slower songs like Daydreaming, Endless Story, Memorable, About Us, Wonderland etc. Choose Me is perhaps their most commercially acceptable song and definitely worth a listen.
You've done some fast paced rockin songs from these guys so maybe it's time to pull the reigns up a bit. Daydreaming" MV, "Endless Story" MV and "At the Drop of a Hat" from their Christmas Acoustic set (just to name a few) then back into the rock with "Dice" MV, "Bubble" MV and "Warning" MV. These girls have the potential to be the best rock band in the world ... all they need is the exposure ... thanx for doing your bit. Oh ... and I agree with past comments - Music Goldrush (interview - 2 parts) will give you a little insight into the band ... and you'll get a laugh while your there. Enjoying the ride with you guys.
FYI, Band-Maid has opened for Japan's The Last Rockstars US tour last year as well as for the Guns N' Roses appearance in Japan. They will also be the opening band for Incubus in May of this year in Japan. Many music groups hold Band-Maid in very high regard and recognize their skillful and energetic live performances. They have made several anime opening and closing tracks, as well as having been invited to make a cameo appearance in the Netflix movie "Kate" where the songs "Choose Me" and "Blooming" were played. There is much more that can be said about this remarkable band but welcome to your journey of discovery down the pigeonhole.
They also do a great line in Ballads and acoustic tracks too! They do a ton of mid-slow tempo tracks. Slower rock ballads check out "About Us" and "Memorable" - both written as love letters to their fans. For acoustics check out "Catharsis" or Sayonakidori" (Sayonakidori = Nightingale)
BAND-MAID rocks the house. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 There are plenty of interviews out there, especially the early ones. You should have no trouble finding them. Peace. 2.27
Yeah my fave ever interview question was from Miku herself Miku : "What are you impressions of San Francisco, MISA"? MISA : "Alcatraz federal state penetentiary".😂
I have seen them do that before. I believe that they do it as a courtesy to not take away the focus from the player at that moment. In FREEDOM you can see all the members do it when AKANE starts the drum solo.
Nice job guys! Love the format with lyrics on top, you both in the sidebar, and a large window for Band-Maid, which has become my favorite band and has surpassed my former favorite which is Rush.
It's amazing how Band-Maid has rewritten the laws of nature: Hate brings Love! 😖--->🎀--->😍 Thx, Glenn & Adrian! btw - Mark my words: the Maids and their songs will grow on you in many unsuspected and pleasant ways... like a magic spell, Po! btw2 - Especially if you hear them with headphones set to "stun!"
What are your particular tastes??? What is it that you are looking for??? Band-Maid do have a fairly wide net cast over the pop/punk/rock/metal genre, and a couple slower/ballad-y songs thrown in as well. They have...... I stopped counting at 125 songs. Your song is there, and we will find it together....... we just have to know your specifics. I'm gonna go back to your previous Band-Maid reactions..... Thrill - you guys thought was AWSOME. Don't You Tell ME - You both liked it alot... talking about the gimmick and its' positive sides..... (not a quote)..... cute maids blowing your face off.... "the gap". From Now On - A very popular track, yet you guys were mentioning "Hockus Pockus" and prog rock...... now I'm getting idea.... I'm no Prog Rock expert..... I love Pink Floyd and Rush....... Check out maybe Puzzle , Moratorium ...... Maybe Puzzle???. Band-Maid do not do music to fit a specific genre. They do Band-Maid music. They do/write/create the music they themselves want to play. What genre is Band-Maid????? It's Band-Maid.
Ok. Now I understand. If “Hate?” is your favorite so far, I understand which area of the Maidiac universe you sit in. I’m in a completely different place from this, with “Hate?” sitting way down near the bottom of my 60 song Band Maid playlist. However, I know you share tastes with plenty of others. Songs at the top of my more classic rock and blues tastes are “DICE” and “Moratorium.” I’m guessing you might prefer songs like “Black Hole” or “Influencer”
Dice is my most listened to maid track...but Influencer is a magnificent contemporary rock song. I like their whole range and progress over the last decade 👌🤘🤘🤘
I’m a Band Maid fan and don’t care for this one, either. Please check out “Don’t you tell ME” from the same show. Also a bass/guitar duel but inside a more classic rock song
@@delorangeade Nice! 👍🏽 Then I would follow up with “Moratorium” live. And enjoy their Alice in Chains-esque breakdown and solo 🤘🏽 This band is pretty darn cool

I second that. The Gold Rush interviews are hilarious and enlightening. Ohrenje's docs are wonderful too.
Ohrenje documentaries is a MUST!
Yeah, there is at least one documentary for each one of the members.

I think you should check out the documentaries by Ohrenje starting with Saiki. They are very well done.
Best hard rock band on the earth❗️

Next? "Manners and Black hole" live. Two live tracks back to back on opposite sides of the rock genre spectrum.
I think this was song number 27 out of a 33 song set...but thanks for the reaction. Daydreaming is my favorite slower paced BM song

Take a second ook at the bass/guitar battle NOTE the superhero landings!

Orenji shows their history with one video for each of the girls and three for founder Miku Komato.
A lot of B-M songs really are slow growers. For me, the songs I like the least first time listening, tend to become my favourites later.
Try Daydreaming, Endless Story, Choose Me or an acoustic track.

Happy to say we have checked that one out already - check our vids! Thanks!
Cool! Playlists would be very helpful!👍🤘
I didn't care for the song, but the guitar/bass interlude was very good.

The Gold Rush Interview is Epic. The Dokumentary is a deep Dive in Band-Maid History. And Mikus ❤🩹❤🩹❤🩹 Band-Camp Stream ist pure Fun
