I love how he incorporated into the video the mechanical blunders like using leap to go through the sewer gate and the multi attacks with the flail to open the door to the Durance of Hate
Yeah if you weren't built to use flails (and let's face it, nobody was) then you missed like six or seven times before you hit. Like, who the HELL incorporates an actual hit percentage into a quest interaction like that??

@@refinance don't think they do, in the last 20 years of playing, it has ALWAYS been 2 misses before the hit, same for hellforge

As a necromancer main 100% true. You summon skeletons, summon a golem was some random blue piece of gear and eventually throw bone spears until you run out of mana. Also the scream tree was funny.
I cannot stop laughing at 4:15, it's so specific with the detail about the rune not only being an HR, but also how long the animation takes for those.
It shows that not only did you play through the game, but also that you played it A LOT hahahaha

This series is what made me get into Diablo 2, now one of my favourite games, prior I already enjoyed these shorts but afterwards they're even better!

Believe it or not, but I still play the og D2 with friends over LAN / Hamachi and these cartoons just describe it more than perfect. Truly a marvelous piece of art!

Ah Act 3, mazes upon mazes within mazes of mazes. The jungle is a maze and the sewers are a maze, especially if you don't know about the lever.

A3 Nightmare HARDCORE Barbarian running from exploding Stygian Dolls...had a buddy die to those in such a ridiculous way it took me about 10min to be able to breathe normal again. This being back when D2 was still the rage.
I feel the pain, but still better than hardcore-dying to lag.
I dont know what I look forward to the most, Diablo 4 or Carbots version of Diablo 4 xD

I have a thing in d2 where i alwase make sure to 100 percent the map. But everytime i hit act 3 i alwayse try to do the entire first part, at least till I hit the travincal, in one sitting. I just really hate the Khurast jungle...

Holy shit. This was grade SSS tier content when you replicated how some of the clickables in act 3 open so slow you just move on and say screw it but something good drops.
being surrounded by tiny people was something that hurt me. such torment.
They only thing they missed is the horrible non-linear-yet-linear maze that is the Flayer Jungle.
Yeah that place is so annoying to find, especially when map takes you through great marsh with all the ghosts and trees

I bought these pins and, it could totally be me not know much about pins, but the little latch that goes on the back of them quickly weakened and I had all 3 of the pins I bought suddenly fall, with one of them being lost forever since I didn’t notice it :(
