I believe the reason is the language, unless you are looking for specific dishes ( Greek in this case), people will not know it’s available. Akis it’s outsome! I know in the states he would be a super loved chef!

My family and I are in the US and we’ve never had the pleasure of visiting Greece. Food Tour helped us to feel like we were on the best vacation ever, even during lockdown. We hope to see these places for ourselves someday, and we hope that there’s a Season 2 once things calm down with the pandemic. And thank you for the English subtitles for those of us who don’t speak Greek (yet!).
Wait a minute. Akis, you said the first season of the show. There will be more? Northern Greece; Drama, Xanthi, Kavala? Oh and the very few islands? (j/k) Hundreds of islands! I look forward for more. Thank you to you and all your crew and all the people you have spent time with during the shows.
Best place in the world to live, spent four years in Greece. Wish I never came back to states.farmers markets were unbelievable. Food so fresh and tasty.
The pasta the ladies are preparing has exactly the same shape as the pasta of my village in Southern Italy. Greece is trully beautiful

Akis; we want more new Food Tour soon please! :) Greece has so many islands, we need to see more islands to inspire us to visit. My fav episode was the first one, hunting for truffles. I prefer all the beach locations than the mountain.

I was in Rhodes last June/July, so lucky to see the free roaming peacocks on the hill of Filerimos ! I can't wait to visit again. Anthony Quinn Bay is so different from the beaches in Santorini, or in Chania ,Crete. I love islands hopping in Greece, just hop into a ferry, it's so convenient. I still can't believe Rhodes, Kos are only 90 minutes ferry ride away from the Turkish Rivera, which allows me to visit 2 continents in one trip. I plan my next visit to joint a Gulet/traditional wooden yacht which sail between Greek islands & Turkey.

Check also Vikos Gorge in Greece. It is the deepest gorge compared to width in the world (grand canyon is deeper or maybe other but they are wide), and the river and rivers in the bottom and area are amazing and super clean, and amazing drinkable.

I loved the show and can't wait for the next season! I can't wait to visit Greece again and see family there and go to some different location, some of these are on my list. It will be my sixth time whenever I get to go. Watching the show made me feel like I was there (which of course I wish was).
