Everyone wants the 116. Which makes the 111 a steal due to less demand. I’ve ridden both and the 111 is smoother and actually more torquey from a dead stop. The 116 is the hot rod version of the 111 and it comes with some drawbacks. Smoothness and low speed behavior are the biggest drawbacks to the 116
I've been wanting to demo a Sport Chief as well, after watching this review the Chief Bobber does have me curious too. The tank size does seem a bit lacking on paper (4 gallon.) You could probably go a bit further on a road trip over the Scout's tank size. I think it falls in line well for its size in comparison to the Street Bob have a 3.5 gallon tank, however most of the other Soft Tails have a 5 gallon tank. Probably Indians way to save money at the use for one tank size for all their Chief's in the lineup.
The chief bobber was a really laid back cruiser but still had plenty of power and felt more like your typical cruiser. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. It reminded me of my scout bobber quite a bit
I ride a 22 Super Chief 111, absolutely love the bike even with the funky small opening saddle bags.
I got a chance to demo one myself. Excellent bike
That white is clean

I also thought the 111 felt smoother to me
Lost me at nothing to write home about….. my favorite bike MAN 😢😢
I was talking about the brakes 😅. I like it much more than the sport chief

I got the base version but I love it so much! I just wish it had more top end speed.
I actually think I might prefer the base version
Yeah, it's a demo bike... it's probably not been in the gentlest of hands :D Sounded good though!
It did sound pretty good
Great share fam. I need to get out and test ride more Indians.
Thanks JR!
What year is that bike? I thought all the chiefs had Ride Command
It’s a 2024 model. I think you need the dark horse version to get ride command
Put a set of end cans on to make it sound like it should and it's perfect.
Gotta get that rumble
Let’s go
Bike sounds mean
