What a great feeling it must have been to witness Clodius veto Biblibi***'s farewell speech. 2000 something years later, we're still laughing at that moment.
Thank you! Unfortunately, not all of the busts are the actual person. Most of the main people, Caesar, Cicero, Pompeius, etc are, but a lot of the others are busts I chose to use just to represent those people within this epic tale since, with so many repeat names, it makes it easier to keep the people straight!!
@@SavingHistory I like how you reveal a little extra character by the attitude and expression of your bust-like representations. One knows Publius Clodius is a sinister person by looking at him. I appreciate the music no matter what. Are there University courses on RUclips presentations? Not just in their production, but as tools for teaching history? That could include evaluations of various channels, such as this one.
LOL no caving - the reason I make little changes each series is so no one has to “endure” something they dislike indefinitely. Right now the people who loved the original are the ones “enduring” the opening music, and letting me know. But changes will come again, eventually LOL
@@SavingHistory Did the Romans have a musical notation system. Was it reproducible by any means other than memory? I'd love to hear it, and see this or other channels explore music from these ancient people. I'm pretty sure we know the instruments they used, so even that would be cool, even if not the exact scale or notes.

I really like seeing the various busts of the people you talk about. It’s kinda cool to have a real face to put with the names.
