    That intro cutscene was crazy. Very late-90s FMV. Idk if I've ever seen a game capture that as well as this one did.
    Very cool homage to the RE1/Fatal Frame era. The fact we can have pre-rendered backgrounds that are *kinda affected by the flashlight* around 23:45 is so wild. Gonna have to play with that and see how that looks in different rooms.
    Loved watching Sam throw away a perfectly good crowbar at 32:21. Sure hope nothing else needs opening/bludgeoning for the rest of her quest.
    The #1 problem I had as a viewer was the big sweeping camera moves when you go from camera-aiming to fixed-angle and back. I wonder if just an abrupt cut would be better than the sweep? Since you only seem to spend half a second in aiming-mode anyway.
    Also holy fuck the camera lag during the boss was *terrifying*. Much scarier than anything in the actual demo. Jesus.

      Definitely a very cool homage and I never considered that about the lighting affecting the pre-rendered backgrounds!
      Definitely did enjoy this one and will be looking forward to the full release. I think playing the game, the transition from over the shoulder to aiming was a little less jarring because I was the one in control of it.
      I don't know what it is with the camera! Since I've been using Nvidia Broadcast (the tool that cuts out my background) it seems to have glitches while I'm recording games, especially when the game first starts up or when its GPU usage gets heavy. It is kind of a cool effect though.
